Return an Order

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return your order to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

  1. Packaging:
    • Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
  2. Shipping:
    • Ship the package with sufficient postage to the appropriate address.
    • Keep the shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
  • Original tags must not be removed.
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened or used hygiene products.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 days.
