Where do you ship from, and what are the shipping times?
- We ship from Germany. Standard shipping from Germany to the US takes 5-10 business days and express shipping takes 2-4 business days.

- Yes, all our shipments are fully insured and provide complete tracking until delivery.

What happens if my shipment gets lost?
- In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost, we will offer a full refund or a free reshipment, according to your preference.

Returns and Refunds
- Is return shipping free?
- No, return shipping is not free. However, we do offer US customers the option to send their orders back to our returns warehouse in Torrance, California.

How long does it take to get a refund after a return?
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days of your return being received at our warehouse.

- You can return items within 30 days of receipt.
Customs and Taxes

Are customs duties charged?
- US customers can generally import up to $800 without paying customs duties. Orders exceeding this amount may be subject to additional customs fees.
- For all other countries outside the European Union, import duties may apply. Policies vary by country, and the customer is responsible for researching and paying any applicable import duties in their country when the shipment is imported. We do not collect any duties on our website for customer outside the European Union.
