The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Packaging:
   • Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
2. Shipping:
   • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
   • Keep your tracking information.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 2 business days.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
